Our foundation believes that good provision of care lies at the heart of the staff members, who are hands on working with our service users to help them develop and improve life skills, that ultimately will lead to a more positive and fulfilled life and a safer community. Therefore, our foundation always aims to provide its staff members with opportunities for continuous professional development through various trainings, courses or projects that will enable staff to maximise their potential and be able to provide high quality support for our service users.
