Female Offenders: Addicition, Health, Prostitution, and Pregnant Women

Dr Vella, Clinical Chair, has been working at the Substance Misuse Outpatients Unist (Sedqa) for the past 27 years. Her area of specialisation is care for pregnant women with a substance misuse problem and women who are involved in prostitution. She is a Public Health specialist since 2008. She is a foinding member of an NGO: Dar Hosea, which cares for women involved in prostitution.
