Appointment based service to catch up with individuals on their reintegration experiences post programme as well as set up any follow ups with the professionals they have been working with or any other support service if required
EMPLOYMENT AND VOLUNTARY WORK
Help individuals re-enter the employment sector or gain work experience and expand their curriculum
HOUSING SUPPORT
The foundation ensures that the resident is provided with adequate space and time not only to look for accommodation but also to refurbish the house thus ensuring a decent standard of living.
