Workshops
Preparations to open the first ever Female Rehabilitation and Reintegration Program in Malta are well underway. In anticipation of this, RISe Foundation is organising several seminars and workshops aimed at training staff how to adapt their work to female inmates. Each workshop is delivered by a professional with extensive knowledge and experience in working with challenges that are specific to females and female inmates.
Additionally, due to the nature of their work, our staff are constantly undergoing training related to self-care and stress management.

To effectively expand services to female offenders and provide individualized rehabilitation and reintegration into the community, The RISe Foundation Malta is making the necessary preparations and undergo continuous professional training to address this unique offender population.
