Understanding the Female Offender

Ms Denise Chatlani, forensic psychologist, provided our first workshop. In this workshop, we took a look at the similarities between male and female offenders and went deeper into the risks and needs that are unique to women. Additionally, women's criminal careers develop differently than men's, and society views female offenders differently than it does male offenders.
